Well, looks like another overflow night in Raliegh. What are there 200 people there? Hockey belongs there like it belongs in Kenya.

I know in the southern states they're worried about terrorism, and suicide bombers but do they have to call the game from a fall-out shelter? What's up?!?

Ya this team is hard to watch sometimes. But as long as they can still win the game I will watch. By still win the game I mean less than 5 goal deficit.

Edit: I had a 50/50 chance of getting the scorer right on that one. icon_wink WTG Thoresen.

The Oilers should use this opportunity, being out of the game to show a bit of intestinal fortitue and meaness and kick the crap out of the Canes for the rest of the game, penalties or no.

Unfortunatley this team is soft as butter left on the counter on a hot summer day.

That first was yet another pathetic job by the Oilers answering the bell in the first period, against not a very good hockey team.

Grebeshkov is terrible, period.

Glaring mistakes by DT and Souray too.

I was just going to comment on Thoreson....and he scores.

Hopefully this goal injects some life into the team, they need nothing less than a win here.

The Oilers are a bunch of soft pus***. Our goalie gets run over but first the guy puts his stick under Garons chin and nothing. This team is pathetic in what it lets other teams do to our best players.

Top to bottom weak effort, lots of glaring errors by the D...invisibility prevails.

Carolina, a crap team in their own right that played last night AND had to clear US customs, is handing it to the Oilers. This is truly pathetic.

The game was painful to watch. I left the TV after the 3rd Carolina goal.

4-1 on Staal's penalty shot.

The Oilers need to do some soul-searching, and they should look for some jam while they're at it, because they don't have any.

Good. These guys might as well get their arses kicked big-team. For once the score can reflect the truth about the Oilers hockey team in a loss.
