I turned the game on 15 seconds late and the score is still 0-0! That's a win in my books.

You know what I blame this season's struggles on? The orange jerseys. No really, it just came to me watching the beautiful Oilers road whites and the beautiful Chicago home crimsons on the ice at the same time. Oilers brass, in a hysterical fit of chasing quick dollars, devalued the club by embracing a stupid gimmicky jersey. How are the home oranges different than the Islanders' pumpkin jerseys from 15 years old? Bad franchises make bad decisions.

1-0 Hawks.

I'm surprised Kassian didn't get 5 and a game for that hit.

In other news, Talbot looks pretty darn good tonight. Maybe a corner has been turned?

Dadbot seems to be back.

I still think we would've won against Carolina with Talbot in net, but hindsight, I guess.

Getting sick of that last cute pass on a scoring chance, right now throw the puck anywhere near that rookie goalie.

Oh well, PP coming up.

Liking what I'm seeing of Malone tonight.

Honestly, the Oilers have been playing well - just need to stay out of the box.

Actually getting goaltending is certainly helping.

Game is tied going into the 3rd period. I'd say that the moral victory at least has been secured. Hopefully, the boys can pull out an actual victory....

It's likely because it was Keith doing the mugging.

Couple of weak clearing attempts by Russell and Talbot bails us out.

That's what's been missing - actual goaltending.

Let's just hope that Cambot has gotten all the bad goaltending out of his system moving forward.

Letestu and Russell on an OT 2 on 1. I don't want to spoil it for anyone who is behind on the PPV, but they didn't record a shot.

Well, Connor drew the penalty and on Kane no less, so he's done for the rest of OT. This could be a good opportunity.
