There is no good reason to be starting rollie tonight. I sure hope MacT has a good reason after the game.

I'd prefer if Rollie shows us.

Strudwick with a little help in that regard right now.

Brutal goal, brutal start.

Who says the Oilers arent consistent. They consistently fail to show.

Don't like the effort so far but it was a good play by Kopitar who used Vishnovski as a screen. Then Grebs didn't pick up O'Sullivan on the back check

Man! Third penalty on the Oilers. We're giving them too many opportunities on the PP

...The Oil fall behind 4-on-4 as Kopitar's attempt is foiled but O'Sullivan trails the play and puts away the garbage. Boo-urns.

we're playing baaaaaad. What the hell is with our pk? Hasn't MacT established a half decent system yet that players can fall back on? These guys are all over the damn place and obviously very confused.

You gotto really love how these media guys brag up these young players.. when showing the reply of the play before the Kings goal. Doughty has the puck and Ferraro says he makes a brilliant break out pass to start it all. when really he did pass it up but it hit off an oiler then landed in front of the kings player.

Six days off and they got nothing out of it.

Penalty against to start the game, check.

Sluggish start, check.

One nothing for the other team, check.

Regarding the first penalty, way to lead the team Ethan. Again how many goals is he going to cause against, sitting in the penalty box this season.

hah. We've gone from not enough shot blocking to everyone pulling steve staios sell outs on every slot. Loved the 2 oilers dropping and slidding into eachother to leave the middle of our zone wide open.

Wow, I really thought this game was in L.A tonight with the late start. Oh well, what's the excuse for the slow start this evening? Too long a break. That's the ticket. Too long a break.

Penner draws two defenders to him then feeds a neat backhand pass to Hemsky who tucks it into the gaping cage. Good times.

Our only elite player scores and makes it 1-1. Nice play by Penner.

It took him(coach) this long to reunite these two.

We don't even deserve to be in this game.

I know, Miller even mentioned how quiet the building is.

The loudest I heard it this season was when the Leafs were in town and I don't think it was the Oiler fans making the noise.

The crowd could help a little when it comes to home ice advantage.
