Archibald really improves that 3rd line, the missing ingredient.. has puck smarts, speed, physicality, excellent on the PK.. great addition for the playoffs.

Agree with the rest of your post but removed it as I wanna focus on this part. I disagree on the point re: the 3rd line. Aside from Nuge getting some extended time with Kane in the 3rd period of a game they were handle winning, the normal Nuge line had underwhelmed the heck out of me. At first, when Nuge’s contributions came last night, I thought right on that line is getting it going. But it wasn’t. It was Nuge being gifted time with players better than Archibald.
The 3 of them have had direct impacts on the Pk, but 5v5 when they are on the ice together I’ve thought they have been the weak part of the oilers lineup. Foegele-McLeod-Kass, though being left off the scoresheet last night, have been better than the Nuge line in games 2 and 3.
Just nitpicking though, as the team has clearly won some lopsided affairs here but the Nuge line getting it together 5v5 sets the team up to make some real noise should they get past LA

Yeah I agree the 3rd line (Nuge's line) still isn't getting a lot of grade A's with #15.. but I think they're playing a lot more in the offensive zone with 15 than with Foegle RNH Ryan.. they could always go 15 - 71 - 44 as well, that would be a good line.. but basically icing #15 instead of Shore is a big upgrade no matter what line he's on.
Super-duper upgrade on the PK.

Agree on Arch over Shore, especially for PK.
A little surprised that they went Arch over Brassard, though the aforementioned pk could be the reason. And I mean, not sure that Brassard could bring anything more impactful than Arch.
