This guy is going to solve Rocky's issues.

https://www.tsn.ca/insider-trading-chiarelli-to-interview-fo r-blackhawks-gm-position-1.1754651

"Darren Dreger: Despite the turmoil, the Chicago Blackhawks are planning on quickly moving forward with the hiring of a general manager or a head of hockey operations. On Tuesday’s Insider Trading, we talked about a number of candidates with varying levels of experience.

Here’s an interesting name for you. Sources indicate that Peter Chiarelli, who is working with Doug Armstrong and the St. Louis Blues, has been contacted by the Chicago Blackhawks and will interview for their hockey operations vacancy, among others. So, this could move very quickly. The interviewing process is expected to begin this weekend and drift into early next week."

Never any problems, just opportunities.

I, for one, am very supportive of Chiarelli getting a major role within a rival hockey team. Maybe we could convince him to take on half of Keith's salary still?

Do we get a draft pick if he's hired? how does that work? I suppose it's been too long now, eh?

Better than that - we get a free star winger for every plug defenceman we're willing to send them!

Did you know he has a fancy stat that shows just how Kris Russell is among the best defenders in the league???

"Thinking that a bad team's best players are the reason the team is bad is the "Tambellini re-signing Lennart Petrell" of sports opinions." @Woodguy55

Anybody hear Wurst's interview today? The guy is freaking bizarre.. you can totally understand how it happened in the 1st place if a guy like that is running the show.. even the other people on the stage with him looked confused.

Awful everything. No sensitivity to the situation at all. He could have easily let his son answer the question, which is who it was for. He could have easily talked about what new protocols they have in place (if any) going forward. That was just awful. What can the NHL even do here?

You guys aren't being appreciative of the fact that he's rich and so he shouldn't have to deal with repercussions or accountability. Besides, when has "not talking about it" ever negatively affected a situation?

You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you can get a lottery pick.

Old Bill Wirtz was an insufferable sonofabicth, and the more enlightened younger version didnt fall far from the tree.

This. I was going to post something similar, but didn't feel I knew enough about Bill Wirtz aside from reputation. He and Boston's Jacobs - two peas in a pod.
