That’s sort of the Eakins mentality. NHL teams usually need more than some puck luck to score.

Valid point. I’m not mad about the shots. We just can’t seem to finish on so many chances compared to last year.

I agree - they need to find ways to get one and ways to stop 3+ from going in every single game, but I didn't hate this effort. It's certainly not the worst shutout game we've ever played.

That said - the time for moral victories has come and gone. We need victory victories.
