It’s really fascinating actually, that fans who watch this team thru the years know what’s coming in terms of team play yet scouts that are literally paid to watch teams don’t get the message across to coaching staff more often about how teams play, or maybe they do. But it’s always the same Ol’ with the Oilers, you’d think more teams would counter punch with the fast aggression that kills this team.
At least we’re not the Canucks.

Nearly through 2 it looks like one of those January games when the Oilers were well out of it. Not a hell of a lot of assertive play by the Oilers, not the effort you want out of a team that made the final 4 last year.
