Well, Cammalleri has significantly better mobility/speed than Jokinen, the way it looks.

I love NHL referees. Bunch of donkeys. An embarrassment.

Class A officiating once again.
On a serious note - there is parts of Strome game I am starting to like. I feel like he is turning a corner for us.

Letesu. I am beyond sick of him this year.

I'm not sure there's anything about Letestu that warrants him on the PP this year.

Talbot dropped the ball but what was that pass to no one 20 seconds earlier coming out of the zone. He irritates to me to no end.

That aggressive PK - that a new thing? TBH I have missed a lot of games this year. I seem to remember us playing a passive box type PK (which is stupid). They were really pressuring the puck carrier on those 2 PKs and they didn't give up a single shot (I think)

It's a bit more of a gambling style, I forget who they played 5-6 games ago, they were trying to pressure the PP on the wall and at the point....and they got burned a couple times, because you're potentially leaving 2 uncovered. Looks good when it's working though.

I'm still giving him a free pass due to his play last year. Such a huge year. Lets stick with him for a while to give him a chance to figure it out

Russell has a high compete level. Like what I’m seeing here.
Definite frustration with the early reffing, Blues bench was going crazy early, you could hear them easily in the building, I wonder if that influences the refs decisions sending the extra Oiler a couple times. You’d hate to think so but I wonder if that influences their decisions sometimes.
Strong game by Kassian too.

Blues selling penalty hard in front of the net on that PP before scoring....guys going down like they'd been shot. Oilers have to get some intensity going here, this 2nd period hasn't been great.

It's weird to me that Nuge is far stronger on the puck than Lucic, a guy who has probably 60 lbs on him.

He's probably got a lot more to give than we've seen to this point in the season. This is day and night difference from him last year and in the playoffs.

He did look reminiscent tonight. It's warranted. Depending on what Leon Draisaitl shows up for a hockey game....he can look all world 3v3 in OT, then you look at tonight and you wonder.

Oilers just not interested in competing in this game, starts from the top line down. I don't know if I've seen Drai less engaged this year than tonight.

And now it's 4-1...
Amazing how you change the coach, GM and get gifted a generational talent and still be the laughingstock of the league.
Vegas will win the cup before before this sad sack of losers ever will.
It's been a slice but after 35 years I'm done with this team...

More garbage, 4-1. Nuge is supposed to cover 2 guys in front of his own net, I guess.

Why disrupt that lines chemistry by taking 98 off it and rotating a bunch of plugs? Typical TMac stupidity.

Well he lost the puck at the blue line.
That was it.
