awesome hit.. Ethan lines up Brown after a missed call by the refs. Hate Brown.. but would love a guy like that on our team.

Upon rewinding PVR to the Brown hit on Smid.

That was a bit dangerous. I can see why Smid was chewing the ref.

I score that a 8.5 with some artistic merit on Browns Dive. Is this the Russian judges dressed up as NHL refs?

If I was Souray I would blast it at the Ref make him think about his decision. So frustrating sometimes. Guess we should have just put it away on a PP though.

Good point, it was our game to take on 1 of those 3 PP's.

But still, reffing is ridiculous.

As mad as you can get at the refs for the obvious crap calls........this is the same ol crap the oilers pull all the time. blowing the 1 or 2 goald lead late after numerous weak Powerplays that could have sealed the deal in the 3rd.

Huh. Offensive threat Smid draws the last minute penalty. That was the second least likely thing to happen on that rush.

The Oilers don't blow it that much they hardly ever have a lead. But it's bad when two ref's back equally bad decisions, one he didn't have the puck yet and was getting interferred with. The other for bring it back in our zone.
