We lost the 1st faceoff... we are gonna lose... lol
Man reading the threads about MacT the people seem convinced of it.
The very definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing expecting different results.
Generally Disappointed.

I guess they forgot what MacT did for us in 06. lol
I am a big fan of him. He is a great coach.... But if some of these fans didn't have anything to compain about they wouldn't have anything to say at all.

This looks more like a MacTavish team. These lines seem solid so far. I like what i have seen. JDD is big.

And I guess some people forgot what "he" did for us in 06-07, or 07-08. Hell, how about 01-02? 03-04?

Tell me, what did you think of our playoff performances the last 2 years?

the playoff performance was the same as half the leagues. sorry.... 13 other teams.
Its not an easy league to make it in. Alot of good teams miss the playoffs every year.

I'm kinda liking this Hesmky being a little selfish thing. Finally understood that once in front of the net is not the time to dish it off - that's the real estate guys kill to get to. Nice goal.

Yes, 5 goals in the last 4 games. I hope this means that he's getting that thought into his brain now.

Pisani is too slow for the PK. I think he's lost a step the past couple years.

A lot of people only remember that we wen to the finals that year and seem to conveniently forgot that that was a really good team that BARELY made the playoffs and only did because the Cansucks blew it against the sharks. One well coached series a good coach does not make. Especially when you consider he is one of the longest running coaches in the league and we had had the same mediocre team 97% of that time.
Strudwick blows.

Not that I disagree based on this game, but if there was one knock on the kid...

Great deflection. Bad turnover by JDD. He is playing well though. Hope he gets some more starts and that our 3 headed monster gets resolved soon.

Either there is a lot of red jerseys in the stands or the seats in the lower bowl have red upholstery.

our forecheck is incredibly non existent. Another attribute of Mact's coaching so far through this season. On the other hand our defence can't make much of a play when thers a Devil forechecker.

Pisani looks awful.
I never thought I'd see the day where a Moreau collision led to the other guy being injured. Hope Cogs is alright.

Really good road period. Too bad we're not ahead, but I think the Oil carried the majority of the play and look to have some jump so far. The goals will come, I think a 3-1 win is in store tonight.

Good lord... if Gagner scores, MacT is going to be further convinced of his own genius.

They got shots on net but Clemenson wasn't really challenged to make any great saves. Need more bodies in front of the net. He's a small goalie too. They should take advantage of that.
The Refs aren't calling anything so far. Pretty timid game. Time to take the body and draw some penalties.

As of right now, he's totally living up to his contract IMO (ignoring last year's disaster).
