K, nice goal and a hat-trick for McDavid. Is this the ever famous Jack Michaels announcing this? I never knew how good Rod Phillips was. I was fine with Kevin Quinn, I think it will take time to get used to this voice, accent and cadence.

No Drew Remenda is creating an aura of acceptance for me still. Even that PBP guy last game, I was perfectly OK with it.

Might take a while to get over the positive vibes of no Remenda :)

Best shift of the game for the fourth line just happened with Arch out there alongside Shore and Chiasson.

Coincidence..?

I think not!

Listen. JJ has been a good pker... but there’s a lot that is missing in his 5v5 game.

I was being facetious.. icon_nod I totally agree..

Trouble is when he is 5v5, JJK skates like he's on a PK in his own zone .. spends all his time in the defensive zone chasing guys around.. rarely gets past the opposing blue line, his line gets trapped in his own zone 5v5 every shift .. with accompanying fire drill and a few Grade-A chances against .. That was fun to watch. Don't look now, but 4/5 of the league's top scorers are Oilers :)

Only played a couple games but it is definitely nice looking. Playing as the Oilers it is always nice having the actual current roster.
It's mostly my 24 year old, who doesn't live at home anymore, any my ten year old playing each other online. They both love it.
