That was the defensive game plan in December, well probably not the game plan rather the actions. Tipp would often say in post game scrums that they need to do a better job of defensive coverage. Games where he wouldn’t comment on the lack of defensive coverage, we’d always have one D man in front of our goalie to cover the opposition net front man. I’m convinced the game plan is to have a defenseman at all times by the net when in our own zone.

Whole team after the Darnell penalty in the first... very meh.
So much for the whole Arizona game was a one off. This team as a whole needs to skate and play an aggressive style to be effective.
