Swayman was on a mission in this one. Just as annoying as what Pickard did to the Jets. Not a great showing from Ingram, but after his AHL time it’s a miracle he put together a few >0.900 games before this one. Better luck next time. Hopefully Jarry is back soon.

Ingram looking like an AHL call up.. Oiler D looking like always.. Nurse with a real classic..
The bottom 6 of the Oilers is AHL caliber.. slow.. low skill

That game was absolute trash, and the perfect encapsulation of a classic Oilers 2025 total no-show effort.
As much as Ingram was bad, Draisaitl was terrible on a monumental level. That might be the worst game I've ever watched him play. He was legit awful.... like dregs at the bottom of the barrel. I hate it when he goes through these periods, as he stops skating, has ruthlessly bad body language, and has a tendency to fire blind passes all over the place that get picked off ad nauseum.
Leon, get your act together. FFS.

Humble brag alert.. I was in a suite for this game. Last time I was in a suite was when the Oilers were pounded 9-1 by the Avs this season..
Just a horrible game from Ingram, (his mask looks like my kid drew on it, I won't if it's his kid that drew it,) anyways. Drai looked terrible and Nurse was well... Nurse.
I liked Ekholm's game, and I liked our 3rd line a lot.
Mangiapane was just horrendous. Just a poor game overall by him.
Incidentally, I waited around in the suite about an hour after the game I decide to go home and jump in the elevator, in pops in Nuge and Mangi and awkward glances all around, they both said hi to my kid, who knew who they were immediately. I figured the players would have their own elevator to the parking lot?!
The very definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing expecting different results.
Generally Disappointed.
