Is it just me or is LD skating better than expected? Still can't rag the puck or really protect it that well when he's static, but he moves well through the neutral zone.

Just what early again but better overall thru 2. Duncan Keith, maybe play that guy up... he'll go tire fire and kill you in his own zone but still has all those instincts offensively.

Should be up a couple this game, and that too many men was a brutal error to play that puck by Nuge, but the Oilers should feel decent. This game is available, win the 3rd and put some negativity on some of the more fragile Flames.

29? Yeah... not looking totally useless this game. If he improves on this tract for next game... Look OUT.

Do refs later realize how badly they get set up with dives like that? Not sure they care, they must be looking for one to call on us by now. Lindholm was going to drop like a rock on any contact there.

Refs not blowing down the offside plus Nurse icing it for no good reason when the flames can't play the puck. Double sigh...

Reds nulifying Evander this game so far. He gets a penalty for touching a red jersey.

Would be nice if he was able to play his game being with Connor and Leon

That goal called off because of a premature whistle was so bad.. the guy puts himself in the far corner out of position, then blows it early. I haven't seen that call made all year, the default is usually to let it go. so you don't call off a good goal.. this guy is supposed one of the NHL elite refs..

These long pass attempts through 3 players are momentum killers.

Stop trying for a home run. Get on base at least.

Refs are terrible. you pick a half slash for a penalty late in the 3rd, in a tie game? Brutal.

I think this was Sutter’s strategy. If they foul constantly eventually the refs figure they need to even things up. And that they can’t keep calling things on the Flames for similar reasons.

Here’s another. Good lord.

Twice in one game. You know the league will be addressing this. Next game: hack away at the goalies - the refs might be waiting to blow the whistle a little longer.
