Ryan Rishaug @TSNRyanRishaug
Knoblauch acknowledging today that Connor Ingram is their starting goalie and will be given starts as such. He also said they’ll need Jarry down the stretch, and that improvement for him starts in practice to find confidence.

Ingram was a good add, but in usual Oilers fashion, we love to find any way we can to turn a win into a loss. Refusing to give Ingram a fair shot while Skinner was still here lead us to thinking we need to swing for the fences with a gamble trade. Now Jarry has ended up where his twin Skinner should have been, at double the price and 2 extra years. And who knows what other goalie trade opportunities could have come up between December and now. This org never seems to have an understanding of what they have, nor an understanding of what they are acquiring. It's quite a handicap.

"We need to get better immediately. That starts today"

"Next year I would forecast as another developmental year"
