Of course...the one game where my go-to stream isn't working, and we score twice in the first few mins. 630 it is for now I guess.

Hockey had to go to the 2nd screen cuz basketball.
Looks like a decent game. Oilers retake a two goal lead.

Seven shots back of our all-time single game shot record.

This is the first team I can remember in a long time that is routinely outshooting their opponents.

Nothing like that. They were shooting from everywhere but only winning shot counts by one or two. Man - Eakins was just the worst.
This was a fun one. Team seemed a little more tentative in the third but I do love that they just keep coming in waves. If we are getting 50 shots a night we are just dominating possession. That makes it a lot easier to win, even with terrible net minding.

Smith tried to score. Dallas caledl for high-stick knocking it out of the air.

I love Smith activating in that scenario - he removes one of the plays the opposition can use to gain a faceoff in the zone. Most goalies will just grab the puck and allow a defensive zone faceoff, but Smith threatens to shoot it the length of the ice. Dump and chase is about the only option left and Smith is able to play the puck fairly well behind the net. He's an extra 1/2 defenseman!
