Nothing fancy. Koskinen looked confident.

Feel good game. Putting on my skidoo suit and headed to Ice District to frolick until the EOK game.

As long as we have McYamo, nothing to worry about.

Really needed this win with the games coming up. Guys were battling hard, it's nice to see. Benson was so close a couple times to getting his first point. Liked SheBaldson, keep that line together. Even Sheahan was motoring out there.

Gonna have to find a way to keep that 4th line ice time to a bare minimum though. Definite weak link line with Cave.

Koskinen delivers a good outing and some big saves. Good game all around, and the top line had some big chances and could have produced 2 or 3 more.

Cave and P. Russell were weak links.. cringed every time they were on the ice.. Kaskinen looked really sharp.. I'd sign Archie and Sheahan, they are looking solid both on forecheck and on the PK..

2-3 years at 1-1.3? Can’t imagine these guys don’t get a bit of a raise

For smaller guys both Archibald and Yamamoto have been really impressive. Not afraid to go into the tougher areas on the ice and grit it out. Yes, resigning both Archibald a Sheahan would be a good move IMO.

I’ve really enjoyed Yamamoto overall, but I REALLY liked the empty net goal. No messing around, he just looked up and put the puck in. Nothing fancy.

And the sooner that gets done, the sooner Holland, Nicholson & Lowe can turn out the lights at the Oilers office and head for the cabin! They might get a more summer than most school kids even!

After back to back road wins without the captain? Oh ye of little faith.

K I meant it as in they won’t have to worry about any more contracts for the coming year

They can always watch the playoff games from the cabin.

Playoffs are all about networking and glad handed. That's when you WANT to be in the arena. Having the entire NHL and media fawning over what a great job you're doing. And of course the alumni gets to come out and watch games while showing off their rings.
