Fun win. Ouch for Jets fans.
Bouch’s play before the gwg will be forgotten by the next time he makes a mistake.

Winnipeg is cooked. Time to reset and look at next year.
Pickard was not good and we lose to 30 other teams with his performance tonight. It’s Ingram’s net once Jarry returns. Big 2 points.

Weird game. I went to bed with the score tied at 1 with about 2 mins to go in the first.
Couldn't believe it when I saw that we gave up two goals before the end of the first.
After that it sounds like we completely dominated. What did the Jets have, 5 shots on net the entire last two periods? Just as well for us, as Pickard didn't play great.
Sounds like Bouch had a solid game, with some really good defensive players. Maybe that'll shut up his detractors for a bit.
I feel bad for Jets fans. 11 losses in a row. Ouch!

Well I hated the game.
Jets looked strong and due to their struggles and defeatist mentality, they couldn't hold onto the win. The Oilers kept their eyes on the win and were able to pull it out, but there were no heroics to the game where the Oilers had to dig deep, Winnipeg just got sloppy and allowed the win.
Maybe it's me, but I think the Oilers should have lost that game.
Frederic got into a fight with a 6'7 Stanley, takes guts to stand up to a giant like that, but he needs to do more besides trying to slay a giant. Get physical on the ice, fighting isn't physical impact to the game, it's about standing up to bullies on the rink, and he did that. Good on him but so much more needed from him in his game..
The very definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing expecting different results.
Generally Disappointed.

Yeah, that is likely a loss if we weren't playing a team in the middle of a monumental collapse.
Just gotta hope this team snaps out of whatever little funk they are in (the depth at least, McDavid still looks like he's 100% ready to destroy the Olympics), and pray we get our new starting goalie back ASAP.

The Oilers play is worrisome for sure. We all know how the Oilers perform after breaks too, after the Olympic one I fear the Oilers will struggle mightily.
Aside from McDavid, this team isn't playing inspirational hockey.
Man I hope I'm wrong.
