That penalty was less soft, but it was just a bodycheck. Not from behind, didn't take a run, opponent had the puck.

Caleb Jones needs more seasoning. Like way more.
That totally blown coverage on Tkachuk that ended up in the net by JG was not NHL calibre play.
He took himself out of the play before Tkachuk even had the puck. Terrible defensive positioning.
ADDED - I honestly hope Tipp tears a strip during the intermission. Caleb has the tools to make it, except for his propensity for completely blowing coverage every once in a while (but so badly that you're wondering where his brain went). Hopefully Tippett can light a fire under him to get him straightened out.

97 and Markstrom beaking each other between periods according to Rob Brown. McDavid took an extra long loop around in order to meet up with him again for more words.
Really want a McDavid goal in this 3rd period. Be interesting what transpires afterward.

Hard to believe that that's even-up. Or it would be if refs didn't suck.
I think when you wind up for a slash like that, you have to give him the extra one.

Inconsistent reffing continues. McDavid getting interfered with just as much (if not more) than Bear got called for in the first, and then the trip on Draisaitl from Lucic.

Only the Canucks left among teams that could keep us out of the post-season, but it would require them running the table without us even picking up a loser point in our remaining games.
Next game is against Vancouver, so we can secure the spot with authority.
