Jarry solidifies his first >0.900 game as an Oiler with another win on his record.

Saw bits and pieces of the game. Congrats to Hutson on his 1st NHL
goal.
Jarry’s injury really come from him pushing off his left foot, untouched to move across the crease? Frick.

I guarantee that's not a first time injury. Looks like he tweaked his groin and knew immediately what it was. So why would you sell the farm for a goalie with a bad groin??
Apparently the same medical staff assessed Jarry that assessed Frederick.
No salary retained. And kulak. And a second. What a complete disaster of a move.
Bowman is well on the way to sewering this team. Brutal.

Pretty solid game all around against a tough Bruins team. Especially in their barn.
Jarry looked great (hopefully he's ok) and Pickard made some big saves when he came in.
Wonder who gets the call up. I assume Ingram, which I'm not thrilled about.

You could literally see this coming. You just knew it. The oft injured goaltender gets.... injured.
Traded away a mid goaltender (but not injury prone) to a mid goaltender that you pay more and is injury prone.
It's Bowman math!
The very definition of insanity is doing the exact same thing expecting different results.
Generally Disappointed.

Jarry defenders are pointing out he has only technically missed 33 games in his 10 year career because of injury. But, I think a lot of his time in the league has been playing through injury as well, which may be a reason why his stats seem to drop off later in seasons.
Bowman definitely backed us into a corner this year with his inaction in the summer. I guess it's a tiny improvement to show he was willing to make a move for a goalie, unlike Holland. But he forced himself into a big gamble.
We really need ANOTHER goalie now. Seeing our media guys talk about Lyon a lot. Lack of cap space makes everything extremely difficult now. Too bad we paid a guy 4x8M to do what almost any league minimum waiver pickup would have done for us this year.
