That trio out at the end there for the Bruins OT winner. Just flopping all over the place. Nurse can't take a pass, Kane stops skating and McLeod ices it with no pressure on him.

Nice icing from McLeod to set that up nicely for the B's.

Was that group trying to do a 3 Stooges skit? Or was that seriously an attempt at 3v3 hockey?

For sure Kane should not touch the ice in 3v3 OT. Hope Knob learned something there.

Knew it wouldn’t be pretty if we didn’t score the 4 on 3. Our 5th to 7th best players out against Boston’s top trio after the penalty was killed

Coach should not be putting Kane out in anything unforgiving like 3 on 3. We know he can’t defend and is a slowish skater. He gets too much leeway.

Why is Skinner always so tired? From what I can gather it's the only reason he let's in so many goals. Is he the most out of shape player in the league?

He should consider mixing in a workout in the off season or at least a pre game nap during the playoffs or the oilers are in trouble.

McLeod flipped that down the ice and Kane had a 30-foot headstart on every player on the ice, but went to the bench instead. Just terrible decision-making, and it condemns them to go back out against a fresh Bruins trio.

If I'm the GM, I'm dangling Kane looking for cap relief in a deal as I bring a better top-6 forward back the other way. He's got a lot of flaws in his game, and I still think some GM will look at 20 goals and a whole lotta hits and think that's a guy they need to pay well for...

That' OT was awful full stop. We all know McDrai can do a full PP and normally comes up clutch, but surely the coaching staff should have thought that they should throw the 2nd unit on after a minute. After the full 2 mins on the ice the McDrai OT party wasn't going to see the ice till about the last 30 seconds to give them a chance to recharge.

We can call out the players on the ice at the very end, but that was inpart down to poor decision making by the coaching staff.

1 Cup

11:30pm by the time the puck finally dropped, so I only got to catch the 1st. Had CHED tuned in on my phone for the 2nd, but shut it off at 4-1. Surprised to see that we came back given how poorly we had been playing to that point. Rough game for Skinner.

Really hoping Holland can get us some help on D, as Ceci was looking a bit lost once again. Tanev please!

Just 2pts behind Vegas now, still with 2 games in hand...

3 Cups

When it was 4-1, I was debating given the time of night to go to bed. It didn't look like the Oilers night. Skinner didn't look sharp.

Then they scored the 2nd goal and I decided to at least finish the 2nd period. Then they hemmed in Bruins for I think almost 3 mins and did everything but score so I watched a little more. Then of all people Ceci gets a shot through and Janmark pops it in. Then Perry after.

Pretty entertaining game even if they lost.
