I wish they would just publish the actual scheduled puck drop times. It is frustrating to tune in and it seems delayed when this is the plan all along.
When I worked for a video production company we worked Memorial Cups in Sask. The call sheets always had the puck drop time down to the minute and they were almost always exact.
TV would have a game listed at 7:00 but the sheet would have puck drop listed at 7:13 or whatever and that was always spot on.

Gregor said puck drop was 8:22 on his show. I think the NHL knows but unlike the MLB they fail to share with the public.

I follow suit. Really loved Quinn. Hated Remenda. Not a Singh fan (his Punjab calls have energy, but his English broadcasts lack life).
Jack is over the top, but I’ve embraced it. He’s the best
