Let’s kick some butt. I won’t make the full game. Daughter had us up every 2 hours last night with her molars coming through. Exhausted tonight

At least the fans at the game get to listen to Rush during the play stoppages. Getting something for their money, because they sure not getting great hockey play from the home team.

There are a small handful of popular bands that I dislike and Rush is #1 on that list. I could listen to Peart drum for hours but Geddy's voice makes me wish I was deaf.

Defense remains optional. Time to fire the coach again? Seem to get 2-3 months of honest effort per firing, so maybe should wait until closer to playoffs.

Maybe they should use a coaching blender. Bring back Woody for a few weeks, then back to Knobby and Lowe takes the reins for the SCF. Lowe knows something about winning.

Buster with a beauty goal off a no look McDavid pass. Hopefully they have woke up. It felt like Groundhog Day all over again.

Not sure what Bouch was thinking there on that goal. Thought he was Drai?

Yeah Bouchard went full dopey on that one, not even sure what he was trying to do.. solar flare shorted out his neurons for a few seconds? 🌞.. if he had any physical component to his game he could have at least got a piece of the guy as he blew by him..
as a forward its got to be hard to generate plays when you never know if your defense is going to zone out and cough up the puck for a jail break, you wind up having to do the other guys job.. hilarity ensues.
McDAVID! Oh YEAH Baby!!
Tic-Tac-Tao!

Great here come the other guys in black and white to try and pad LAs lead. The ref smells blood. Giving LA the chance to ice this game.

All right I know I just bashed him but that was a good save by Skinner and Great kill by the first unit. I have to give them props when they deserve it.

Bouch main factor of 2 goals. At least some guys can make up for errors. Some guys are just errors and can't do a thing else but survive.

I think he is more useful at center.. the position forces him to get his legs moving.. gets his head way more into it .. he looks more involved than as a winger.. as winger he always looks to be waiting for plays to happen instead of making them..

He's just super easy to shut down offensively playing C. He doesn't hold onto pucks well playing C and rarely can create plays 5v5 outside of rushes where he gets some open ice.
If you want Nuge to consistently be involved offensively against decent comp, I think you need him on the wing 5v5 which allows him to move into some open ice to take shots. He still has a very good shot, and it's probably his best tool 5v5. PP with loads of space, he can actually participate in playmaking.

Skinner has made a lot of good saves tonight. Lots of bailing out slacker defensive efforts.

Rare night that everything doesn't go Kempe's way against us. Seems to only need a tiny hint of an opportunity to score on us. Instead missed golden chances and gets injured. I enjoy that immensely

Looks like Kemper might've separated a shoulder at the end of the game..
