No Cups

So does anyone even care about this? With their recent dearth of draft picks the Oilers' roster is not surprisingly probably the weakest in the history of the tournament:

Two out of three goalies and six out of eight defensemen are camp invites to fill the roster. I would guess that outside of Borgeault, Petrov, Savoie, and Akey there won't be a lot to watch for.

Where in previous years, the games were streamed freely on the Oilers' website, it looks like this year only tier 1 Oiler+ subscribers get to watch. Probably not the greatest time to start charging people to watch your rookies.

The Oiler games are:

vs Winnipeg: Friday, Sept 15 at 5pm MDT

vs Calgary: Saturday, Sept 16 at 8:30pm MDT

vs Vancouver: Monday, Sept 18 at 2:30pm MDT
