11:15 pm here. Not sure how much more of this I can watch. Every shot they take goes in. Every shot we take their goalie pulls off a miraculous save. Feels like "one of those nights"

Agreed. Stu's ceiling is a pretty decent starter... but where he bottoms out is borderline ECHL / AHL...
He's not a consistent B to A... that's the typical NHL starter. Skinner's range is C- to B+.

Oilers theme lately seems to be needing to just survive the first to be ready to play the 2nd and 3rd.

.. and then ANOTHER slew foot in 3 nights this one on Leon by Rantanen at end of the 1st.. sweeps out Leon's legs, coulda blown a knee or ankle.. should have been a call..

Can't remember if it was the second or third but Skinner should have had it. I would have made that save.
In fairness our goal on Colorado was weak too.

IMHO this team is much stronger down the center without 93 as 2C. 29/97 is OK for short periods of time, but 93 is exposed against real 2Cs... that's on Knobby.
