Yeah two defensemen's brain farts so far end up with the puck in their own net.. that's a classic Nurse.. coming over the RHS boards and leaving his side of the ice completely open.. Leon should been there earlier.. but its a non-factor if Nurse doesn't pinch.. bad decisions.

This iteration of the Oilers drives me insane. So much talent and so little show up at times. It's like it requires a bomb going off for them to figure out they're playing hockey sometimes.

And we really don't know how good Brossoit is (or isn't)... not enough rubber on net although the last shift or two seemed to get things going...

Honestly if they want to make him the 7th guy and play him strategically 3 mins a night, then fine. He can’t take a regular shift. Especially in opponent’s building.

Wow what a heads up goal by LD. Man they needed that one late. They can't play this loose on their own side of center and hope to win this series. I don't care of it's a one goal game this is a failure of a first period in the playoffs by the Oilers who are not a team of rookies.
