Oilers play pretty good road hockey for about 15 min then let a stray guy go uncovered in their own zone, and it's in their net. At least it's not 3-0, baby steps. 🤷🏻♂️

I was going to point out how bad defenceman #21 played that, but he's the forward, and Nurse was waaaaaaay too far out of position to cover his guy.

Burns really evolved his game with his stints playing forward. Maybe nurse should give it a try. Maybe he thinks he's doing that already. The coached should check with him. Maybe a miscommunication at some point.

Heiskanen on that foegele goal. That was a full on Nurse shift lol. The brutal giveaway and then just lost covering no one with the open eventual scorer right beside him. Every D has their moments.
