The OG Jets jerseys are great. Whites are better than blues but awesome nonetheless.

Leave Koskinen at the bus depot in Winnipeg.

Aww, look at the Oil looking to lose for a 5th consecutive time to the Jets since last year....

Is he 9-1 because of how well he played? How much has to do with the scoring in front of him? I dont think he has sucked but lets not pretend he has actually played exceptional.

Yep, I don't think anyone isn't hoping that Smith is coming back soon. If Skinner was better, I could live with him being the starter over Koski.

To be fair, if it wasn't for Koski that game vs the Blues would have been out of reach after the first period. He was absolutely outstanding, making highlight after highlight save.

Agreed, he has not been terrible. He has made a number of great saves per game. His record though is inflated by having a team in front of him that can outscore at least one god awful goal per game.
Another point in Kostko's favour is the teams defence has not been great most games. Their are WAY too many giveaways leading to odd man rushes.

You can be 9-1 and let in a total garbage goals at an unacceptable rate when you have the best run support in the league.

Jack Morris won 21 games with Jays while posting a plus 4 runs per game ERA. The Jays won a world despite his lacklustre post-season.
So I’m saying there is a chance!

Yes he does. They have outscored his mistakes. Not tonight.
1st shot baby! That’s gotta do wonders to the psyche
He’s a backup who can rip out a few good saves. Always let’s in THE FIRST FREAKING SHOT however.
Good times with that freaking clown.
In fairness to Hall, I've wanted to throw a waterbottle at Eakins all season.

Awful giveaway by Keith leads to the all too familiar 1st shot/1st goal.
I mentioned a couple games back that Kosko still lets in a terrible goal/game like last year. The difference this year seems to be he bounces back and makes a handful of good saves, keeping the team in it until the scoring can kick in later in the game.
Hopefully today is one of those games.
Old school Jets jerseys are so much better than the current ones.

That non call is embarrassing. Results in a goal, because. Go refs go. So familiar that the Oilers dig a hole, this should be 4-0 Jets imo. 4 minutes high sticking to Yams, brutal penalty.

I’m sure we get non-calls like that, but for the life of me I can’t recall a single time.

The Oilers run a LOT of pick plays in the neutral zone and dont get called.
I dont blame the refs much for missing those that happen so far away from the play. I would be surprised if they would be watching that part of the ice in that play.

Maybe Scheifele can cry again and try to convince people that he’s not a dirty player.

Hopefully this is just the result of the road trip but what an awful 2 periods of hockey. I dont think anyone on the team should have much pride so far.
Keith having his worst game as an Oiler. It seems like he is giving the puck away every time he touches it. Away from the puck he looks disinterested in engaging in the game.

I'd say easily his worst as an Oiler.

Arguably the worst reffing of the season so far. Total garbage.

And of course, Pionk acts like he was shot in the face and #97 gets a penalty. Had it been the other way, McDavid would have received embellishment. What a joke.
