eh...months trying to get through a thumb injury and he ends up needing wrist surgery. This is too Oilers for comfort.
This doesn't at all change that "The Time is Now" though. If there was any concern. The time remains very much now.

Probably the worst part for him is he'll miss the Lowe jersey retirement if they do it against the Rangers in November.

So K-Lowe is getting his jersey retired, hey? LOL.
Ok.
Dude has literally been at the helm through nearly 20 years of total futility, but sure... it's old six rings. Might as well put the guy in the rafters.
I'll never forget sitting in his box at an Oilers game (probably ten years ago) and hearing his mother complaining about the garbage she was seeing on the ice. She seemed so disappointed with her son, hahahaha...
It was legit hilarious.
