The D still worrying, but we battled through and those PK's in the middle of the game may be the turning point in the series, giving us some confidence that we can stop them.

Connor doing what Connor does, know all we need is him cracking jokes and showing some personality in the press confidence to shut everyone up.

Best of 3 coming up....

Yeah, I’m a little concerned about goaltending as well. Not much time to get into a groove.

Relieved with the convincing win tonight though.

Koskinen wasn't airtight tonight, but at least it was better than Game 1.

PK did a nice job blocking shots, but they aren't doing a good enough job retrieving pucks and when they do, they're not making smart exits. Good pressure from Chicago for sure is part of that, but even so - it's an area they can do better at.

I do like the forechecking pressure on a young Hawks' D. You can see that starting to be effective.

What happened to McDavid's 4th point from the first game? At one point they had him as in on all the goals...

Never mind votes for NHL awards.. penalties against him... now they're even stiffing him on freaking assists !
That's OK, the Conn Smythe will do just fine.

Great game. All lines putting on some pressure. AA helping that 4th line out. Neal and Chiasson were feeling it. McDavid being McDavid. Kassian is so much more in his element on a lower line.

Nice to see Crawford pull a Mike Smith too. Really threw Chicago off when they needed to buckle down, opened the door for another quick goal for us to just ruin their night. Goalies messing up like that can just trash your night...as we well know :)

Yep liked AA tonight, would like to see him get rewarded a bit in terms of role if he keeps that up, a reward on the sheet would be good too.

Aside from Connor being outstanding and Nuge having a good night, pretty awesome to see Neal and Chiasson with some sweet ES boots to the prone body of Chicago when the Hawks were down in the 3rd. Too many penalties, but the PK stepped it up tonight.

Compared to 2017, the Oilers have some players in the bottom 6 who can chip in and contribute. More please, gotta happen if this journey will be a long one. That D has to tighten up a lot as well

We even get stiffed on assists - how doesn't Yamamoto get one on Ennis' goal? Shouldn't the dump in by Khaira get one on the Neal goal? The Chiasson goal I understand - it was Strome that poked it off Crawford, but there should have been more points on the other two!

Although all things considered, I'll forfeit a few assists for the win!
