Too bad that the Oil winning streak had to end tonight...

We are in free fall
You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you can get a lottery pick.

Thanks for ruining my 3-2 Canucks prediction by letting freakin Loui Eriksson do something we never can. Jerks!

Not that I’m expecting it to move the needle enough, but is Benning ever coming back?

If the big boys go -3 (1 EN) never going to be a good outcome. The bottom 9 aren't going to outscore ES liability from the 1st line.

Tippett just seems to hope every night that McDrai will save him. Guess you can't blame him, but how he never lets those guys ever get a break when they are clearly off their games adds up over time. It's wasted energy. Top players play lots when they're on, and get a break when they aren't. McDrai just keep on playing no matter how bad the results are. Drai especially is just a goals against machine now. Just abysmal away from McDavid especially. It's to the point where you actually would be better off playing some turds instead of him some games. Tippett ain't stopping though. It's like Hitch playing Koskinen.

Spilled milk, but Horvat totally redirected that goal with his skate. Game changer.

Agreed. If that’s a goal just get rid of the rule.

Just get rid of the rule. Why do we need to have this argument over and over again. Who cares if I guy does that?

So people aren't trying to kick at the puck in a scrum around the net.
That's basically it. You say kicking pucks is OK, it can lead to some unfortunate stuff in a crowd with a goalie laying out trying to find a puck.
Although, I think there are leagues that have allowed kick in goals, as long as they are outside the crease. In this case, it was in the crease, so even with that rule, we would argue about how it was allowed :)
