So, who's been saying that Connor is "not himself" this year?!

Good job by that ref to blunt Nuge's attack just then. Good defense for the Yotes....

Oh geez...Koskinen with a Talbot special

Lovely to see that McDavid goal quickly cancelled out by a slot range flopper that our goalie sees the whole way.

Wait, did they just call icing on a play where the goalie played the puck before it even got to the goal line?

Likely because it was clear that no Yotes player was going to get to that puck before it hit the goal line.

Yotes have guys with a ton of room on the rush, odds are the Oilers give up more on the rush tonight if that kind of coverage keeps up.

McDavid looks way better with a moustache, it means he has to shave that terrible beard scruff he always has.

Puck control and passing is pathetic tonight. Support isn't great, and slow decision making.

It’s more of Arizona just being a quicker team, the Oilers have to get rid of the puck ASAP.

Led to this goal, and a 4th liner snipes glove high on Koskinen. You cant slow roll these guys.

As Liz May would say, you can't argue with physics. The Koskinen glove must go down before it goes up. That's just science.

Almost comical. Koski doesn't pass the puck hard enough but the guy receiving it couldn't be bothered to meet the puck so he just lazily waits for it until there is pressure, he then fires a hot pass across ice which was the other player couldn't get so it bounces out in front of the net for a premium scoring chance for the Yotes.

He's not on the first line anymore, that makes him secondary. Besides, I consider anyone aside from Drai, Connor, Neal, and maybe Nuge to be secondary scoring.

Koskinen's shoulder pads need to extend up to be level with the top of his head, the equipment guys should get on that, and a tarp strap or a bungee cord from his shoulder to his glove wrist wouldn't hurt either.

He's definitely a backup. Hope Smith can keep rolling. Don't even want to think what this season would be now if we didn't make that Neal/Lucic trade and get Smith.
