Too little too late, too bad. Thought Stolarz had a pretty good game with 37 saves. Team just couldn't score on that Andersen guy until it was almost over.

I could have bet my mortgage on this game on an Oilers loss, Anderson for them was the difference and Stolarz didn’t play bad. Just so frustrating, little mistakes again ruin the Oilers. We are cursed.

they really didn't look like they cared until there was 4 mins left on the clock. Sure, the first was ok, but this a huge game they pulled the same old no show.
Sucks to say the Oils season was essentially ended by the Maple Leaves
Ultimately, it is for the best. I want freaking napalm on those offices. I doubt it will happen, but I want all them old balls out.
Oh yeah Connor- feel free to show up for a game against the Leaves please.

In fairness to Hall, I've wanted to throw a waterbottle at Eakins all season.

What are the Leafs without Andersen? I mean what are any team without their #1 but I think he’s their best player and masks their D.

He allows them to play that offensive style and is one of the best goalies in the NHL for sure. No shame in losing to that team, it's just that we needed that one to stay in the hunt. May as well tank, ( as much as I hate to think that way and continue the culture of losing ) it's become too much of a long shot.

What did this game do to Keith's chances at the GM job? The push at the end to get within 1 goal was a good sign for his GM skills.

So I wasn’t the only one that noticed. It’s just the culture he’s instilled in the franchise.

That's probably how it works right? The GM needs to be a conduit to transfer and awesomeness and winning from the culture above him to the players below. Chia just locked himself away in his office all day and the flow of winning culture could not break through. Gretzky though, the guy is practically glowing from all that red hot culture passing through him.

It’s because Talbot is gone and Kosks (my new nick TM ) knows he’s the guy now.

I'm sorry, but no, that nickname is unacceptable. I've already decided he'll be known as The Kosk™.
