Hockey Canada needs to be blown up and the ashes scattered
40 years at the Spengler and HC "couldn't come to an agreement in time" .. like they just didn't have the time to fit it in their busy decision making schedule..
This laziness, together with all the loses from TC at all levels this year begs for a top to bottom review of everyone at HC..

Just looked up the HC board of directors .. you want to know what's wrong with HC? take a look at these guys.. starts at the top.. DEI on meth.
No one has a resume that's involved with the sport they are managing.. most came from government bureaucracy.. middle management facilitators..

Just found this little known announcment from Hockey Canada..

In case you wondered who's going to coach the Junior team for the next TWO (2) years .. Hockey Canada appoints a guy who has NEVER been a head coach.. anywhere.. in junior or anywhere else.. they "appoint" him from within.. he is a current Hockey Canada employee..

Misha Donskov will serve as head coach for Canada's teams at the next two men's world championships and 2027 world juniors, Hockey Canada announced Thursday in Calgary.
The 49-year-old from London, Ont., will make his international head coaching debut at this year's world championship in Zurich and Fribourg, Switzerland, which begins May 15.
Donskov was an assistant on the coaching staff of the Canadian teams that won gold at the 2025 4 Nations Face-Off and silver at the 2026 Milan Cortina Olympics and was an associate coach on Canada's bronze medallists at the 2026 world junior championship.
Previously, he worked on Canada's staff at several tournaments, primarily as a video coach.
Hockey Canada hired Donskov as vice-president of hockey operations and men's national team coach on June 27, 2025.

So this is the first time the coach of a Canadian Junior Team will NOT be a current coach in the CHL..
Getting a glimpse about why Team Canada is doing so poorly.. their decisions.
When you see who is running this sinking ship its not surprising why we've lost every major tournament this season.
