Think that was some classic even up stuff by the refs. Looked for a chance to make up for calling Bouch for a penalty after a montreal goal.

Always fun to beat Les Habs at home.. get to disappoint half the crowd.. what a depressing loss for them.. couldn't happen to a nicer bunch.. LOL
.. that being said.. that defence of ours is a tire fire.
Can't believe there was a pundit this year (forget who) that called the Oilers D the best defence in the NHL.. LOL
Nurse .. its all been said.. he always looks confused
Bouchard.. yip.. after yip.. after yip.. only one point all year.. a 2nd assist tonight..
McDAVID! Oh YEAH Baby!! (Thank you Lord!)

Bouch, you just have to patiently wait for playoffs.
Nurse, you just have to patiently wait until he has his 10 team no-trade list.

Craig Button was so biased and so sour about the reffing on the Habs broadcast.

I was blown away at just how homerish Button was during the game. I'd guess that even the Bruins tv crew thought it was a little over the top.
Last night, you saw the best and worst of Nurse. We all know he has all the tools to be an elite defenceman, one who should be able to impact things at both ends of the ice in a positive manner. But, good god, he looked lost so many times tonight. Yet, picked up two primary assists and somehow ended the night at even in +/-. On both good plays, he was just reacting to the puck and didn't need to have it on his stick much. maybe that's the key to Darnell. Just get rid of it as fast as possible. The longer he has the puck, the less likely something good is going to come out of it.
I've often said that I've never seen a boring 6-5 game, and I'll stick by that this morning. But, man, oh man, it wasn't boring, but it sure was hard to watch.
What happened to all of my messages? lol (I guess it's been awhile) BlueSky: StefBarnes
