Not a must win, but going down 2-0 in a series feels like you are toast. Go out and win tonight.

I'm a lot more confident that we can win this one than I was for game 1. Those lines hadn't played together for weeks, so it's understandable that we took some time to click. Once we did, LA couldn't match us.
I'm curious who draws in for Josh Brown. No point having him in the starting 6 if he's only trusted with 5 mins. My pick would be Dineen, simply due to his better mobility over Klingberg, but they might value the experience of Klingberg more. Assuming he's fit to play of course.

I disagree with your first statement there. You know what a Mustbarometer is, Tardi? It measures the Must levels in the air. You can feel it. Listen. You hear that? The sounds of the whispering winds of Must. Can you hear it? When the Ol’ Mustbarometer rises you’ll feel it too. Your ears will implode from the Mustpressure.

Wonder who comes out for Kane. Maybe Frederic? Him, Skinner or Janmark I guess

Would be a real shame to sit Skinner after his long awaited first career playoff game.
Give that guy a chance to fly Knob.
Clean house or bust

Of course our most productive forward when 97 & 29 were out is the one to sit after one bad game
Will be interesting to see how Kane does now that he's healthy.

I wonder when was the last time 3 Hart trophy winners made up a single forwards line?
This team needs Kane to win. NHL unicorn.. Hopefully it doesn't take him too long to get up to speed and the refs don't target him.
I probably would have taken out arvidsson but this org seems to love him. No clue why.

I think Perry is up top because the guy knows where to be and when.. and what to do with the puck.. he scores goals.. leave the task at retaining puck possession to McD and Leon..
Agree about Kane.. refs like to look for excuses to make calls on the Oilers.. focusing on guys with "reputations" allows them the leeway to do so.. Nurse gets utilized that way consistently.
Also agree about Arvedsson.. toss up between him and Skinner.. both slow.. knocked off pucks easily.. but Arvedsson especially seems to be "out of reach" of the puck much too frequently.. short and slow.. bad combo in the NHL.
Pro-scouting needs to get better.. (said every Oil fan since 2010)
