Pickard wanted that one. Gave up some really good looks in the 3rd.

Hartman seems to want to fill the gap left by Matt Cooke. Quite the blatant kick at Drai's feet to take him down along the boards. Will never get how refs can't manage to pay proper attention to scummy players with such obvious reputations.

Vegas not playing tomorrow. Would be impressive to tie him with a win against the Avs. Tough one though. Vegas gets a tough game in Carolina the day after.

Pickard had the best game by a goalie I've seen all year.. just unreal..

Hartman kicked out the legs of Draisatl.. no call.. right in front of the ref.. a forward slew foot.. the minimum call should have been a trip.. ref sees it.. and refuses to call it.. two games in a row where a slew foot was made on the two Oiler franchise players and it wasn't called..

It was funny watching that Wild player do the two-handed yard sale performance when McDavid breezed by him and the player hit McDavid's elbow with his face.. in slow-mo you could see a delayed reaction from him.. trying to draw a 5.. refs weren't biting.

Great win! Pickard was fantastic in the 3rd. I wouldn't be upset if Josh Brown didn't play another game for us - he was brutal.

What a crazy game schedule we're going through right now - travelling all across North America with very few days in between. Hard to believe that with all that travel we've won 5 of 6.
Will be in tough vs the Avs tonight.

It's not often that a goalie who allows three is the first star of the night. (I don't know if he was officially, but he sure was in my books.)

On the other hand, I've seen enough of Josh Brown. He's exactly as advertised when he was signed... perhaps the worst player in the NHL. I really don't know what Jackson et. al. saw in him that made them say "we want that on our team for the next three years." Surely it wasn't his decision making that produces such brilliant thoughts as "my team's on a 4-on-1. This is the perfect time to try and start a fight." Fight doh

Hey Louie loved that. Said it's just what you have to accept if you have a guy who adds toughness!
