Nurse+Kulak are so good together, we even score if one is in the box.

Still plenty of time for Skinner to snatched defeat from the jaws of victory after letting in the soft goal. My lord that was bad... especially after the team had played really well defensively so far.

Skinner was not comfortable with being so much over 0.900 tonight, so he deflected a wide shot into his own net to make things more reasonable.

Leon is just ridiculous. Elite in every aspect of the game. When he is healthy and motivated no one is better.

It's crazy how slow and immobile he is. Even the really nice glove save he made against the post should have been routine if he moved like an NHL goalie.

...admittedly, when he's good he's very good. If he has to play too much in his own zone, not so much. By the end of last year it had looked, to me, he was becoming a somewhat physical presence in the D zone. It seems he has regressed from that so far this year.

For sure - I just don't think it matters because he has shown that he's going to get better as the year goes on and the games start to matter more. I'll take the way he dominates in the playoffs and look past a terrible performance or two pre-christmas.

Bouch just casually moved back into the top 12 of D scoring. Tied for 5th in even strength points by D. Tied 2nd in goals.

Makar probably running away with the Norris this year, but if our PP stops sucking, Bouch is gonna do OK. Dobson and the Islanders might really mess us over if Lou is generous before Bouch's deal is done.

Nurse's confidence running high. Maybe little too high on that play.
