Try playing with a different device. My Apple 4K TV looks great. A friend said his TV app looked like junk, but using the app on his Xbox looked fantastic.
Some streaming services don’t play the best quality on unknown hardware devices. Even my Sony Bravia apps often look poor compared to playing the same app off of my Apple 4K TV.
