Oilers tend to get destroyed by Dallas in regular season afternoon games.

PP1 is hopeless right now. Hyman and Nuge need to be taken off the top unit until they find their respective games.

Other than that, a pretty good period.

Hyman... what is going on with this dude? Has he already lost a step? He seems so far behind the play.

This just feels like an exhibition game rather than a game that counts. If a game ever needs a goal, then it's this one.

Ottinger is pretty good. Hard to win with the 2nd best goalie. Not impossible. But really hard.

Everyone played a button down game .. then NObody goes to Duchene on the PK.. Nurse could have blocked it.. just watched.
I knew they'd score on that PP.. On the face-off Michaels shoots his fat mouth off about how bad the Dallas PP was.. 1 for 17 on the PP this year.. and 2 for 31 since last year.. I cringed.. <plunk> .. automatic goal

Jack Michaels often likes talking about everything except for the game itself, so this doesn't surprise me.

I miss the days of Rod. He was the best.

The Oilers need to bear down. Scorrrreeee... finiiiisssshhh.... shoot the damn puck into the net. Enough with the cutesy stuff on the powerplay; just get the puck on net and crash the crease.

It's moments like these where I look back at Draisaitl at the All-Star game performing terribly in the accuracy competition and shake my head. Maybe the boys need some time to work on it? Maybe???

This team is about to get shut out for the second time in six games. Terrible.

Figure out how to hit the net. Figure out how to shoot for the corners. Figure out how to score again.

Our good players still all suck. Wake up already. Almost entirely on our depth to create any momentum in games so far this year.

Garbage goaltending in comparison to Oettinger. Get Dustin away from Stu!!!!

And NOOOOOOOO finish from this squad. ZERO finish.

Maybe the Oil are shooting for the most shutouts against in a season this year. Going for all the records. Nope... pity goal for Draisaitl after Dallas has stretched out the lead.
