really weak penalty call leads to Devils PP goal. Why do the Oilers get penalized on all the 50/50 situations? both guys were grabbling with each other going up the ice.

What a laughing stock this team is; I said it last year, I will say it again now. Giving up first goal this often comes down to a lack of prep and taking the game serious. The so called leaders, need to step up and hold people accountable. I don't care if its a PP or 5v5, you don't let a guy walk in on the wing and fire off a shot so easy, and furthermore that shot needs be stopped by NHL goalies.

PoolParty might not get credit, but that goal doesn't happen without him.

100%; he is learning to use his size. I think I saw a tweet today that he is 2nd on the team in hits as well (might be 2nd among forwards)
If he isn't developing into a top end offensive threat it is nice to see him adapting and finding other ways to contribute.

There are counselling services offered for vicarious trauma and accumulated stress. I think you’re broken. Good goal on a nice entry and a quick shot on the 5 on 4.

Tough break.
Once I can handle. If it becomes a regular occurrence I will start gritting my teeth every time he leaves the crease.

Bummer. Skinner going through some hard lessons with the increased work load.
Hopefully learning from it.

Tough for Stu on that one. Telling that Nuge appears in frame just as the puck goes in. Methinks Severson was his guy.

Dang, he seemed to read the puck was going to go further than where Severson was and fell down trying to move back to the right.
Letting those passes go way too easy to open guys in our end.

Kind of a treadmill season so far, one step forward, one back. Frustrating.
Goalie error, coverage error, and not much for run support.
Need an early one in the 3rd, but I don't see much indication that that's gonna happen. Hope so.

I question the legality of that Tatar goal. He grabs the puck and bunts it in on a short toss. The rule says, any hand pass which gives the player an advantage shall be blown dead.

I see your lack of hockey knowledge is showing.
Are his zero 5V5 GA in what is, I'm assuming, D leading ice time bothering you?
Maybe it is the numerous times he has stopped rush attempts.
Perhaps his simplified but effective passes tonight have upset you?
Falling down with a stick in his blades?
Do tell, why is he the reason for the deficit this time?

Oilers played well enough, things just didn't go their way.
Didn't even see for certain if that last Devils goal actually went in.

I got more hockey knowledge then you can ever wish to have. This team has four players who deserve to be on a cup contending team. Kane, 97, 29, Hyman. The rest are plugs. Mark my words they will not make the playoffs. Laughing stock of the league.

I would LOVE for you to have more hockey knowledge than my 12 year old. If you started showing it your post quality would improve.
As it stands right now you come across as a petulant toddler who just found hockey while flipping channels.
