I no longer hold any malice in my heart for the Canes over 2006. I don't know where it went, but I rather enjoy watching Carolina hockey.
Please do not feed the bears. Feeding the bears creates a dependent population unable to survive on their own. Bears.

After a busy week of work I am hoping for an entertaining game. I have a couple cannabis beverages but if things go sideways I have the Jack and Pepsi within reach.
I don't know what the mystery is to starting better but sluggish play and early penalties is not a good start. Couple good saves by Campbell so far, really hoping last game is the start of a corner turned.

They’re a very exciting team, I don’t hold much of a grudge either.

Except Campbell. A couple of great saves. There was one pure reaction save where he kicked out his right leg that was magic

I understand that Barrie isn't a defensive expert but his positional play is baffling.

It’s border line horrific some games. Sometimes I have zero clue what he is thinking… it’s always been an issue for him.

I’d love to see Holloway bust out. He’s creating chances and there is a top 6 spot just sitting there for the next few months.

Getting the first notch on a penalty shot would have been great. I think it was mentioned in PBP but he seems to be more confident with the puck and it's generating the chances you mentioned.
Hopefully gets on the sheet soon. I have a feeling once that bubble bursts we are going to see a string of points.

Ya was the finest moment for anyone the last 10 minutes there. Took our foot off the gas. Campbell was fantastic
Holloway generating a ton of chances. He will get tons of goals. Guaranteed

2-1. If we could stay out of the penalty box. We might have a chance

It's a very "Oilers" thing to have happen. It's expected.
The team was sold an exceptional bill of goods with Campbell. He's an AHL goalie at best.

I would be keeping a low profile if I were 55. Even if Campbell should have had that one.
I don't want to say it's over... but "if it walks like a duck..."

Because management doesn't prioritize goaltending drafting or development. At some point they just got it in their mind that they could acquire a finished product easier than working hard to create one. You just don't get elite goalies that way. Oilers should have a superstar ready to debut in a couple of years, but nope, that winger from the Q was more important.
And the NHL goalie coach has sucked for 10 years and somehow has kept his job.

Yeah, the Schwartz is strong with that one. He's got some sort of teflon coating that just makes him impervious to objective observation.
I'm worried that he'll ruin Skinner as well.

It’s just frustrating
At this point we should have kept Kosk. Hell he at least could have a string of decent games. Campbell has really only had one quality start.
