They are going to give up the first goal 60 times again, aren't they?

Whatever they learned to win against Carolina has been forgotten, possibly.

The league might be onto something with Kulak's difficulty in turning. Something to watch.

Kulak might want to look at getting a better rocker profile on the back of his blades.. two spaz-outs for break-aways in 5 games.. Campbell bailed him out today..

Leon with the lazy penalty.. too many hope-passes for turn-overs.. not looking 100%.. maybe that hit he took by Lybushkin vs. Buffalo did some damage.. ?

Bouchard delivering a few Domino pizzas.. guy hasn't been looking that good so far.. I was hoping he'd turned a corner this year.

Another mediocre start for the Oilers.. got better near the end the period .. its like the Oilers need other teams to force them to bring their compete level up.. reactive instead of proactive.. weak mental attitude.

P. Chiarelli math.. T. Hall = A. Larsson, Yak= bag o'pucks (OK he got one right...) K. Russell = $4.1 M+NMC, G. Reinhart= M. Barzal + A. Beauvillier, J. Eberle = R. Spooner,

not helping that only one penalty has been called. And it is the difference to this point.

Kulak is struggling this year, helluva save by Campbell , otherwise game over by the looks of it.

Oilers just don't have any D that can consistently move the up to the forwards.. and no one seems to be able to make a pass.. must be Free Pizza night.

That's how you play defensive positioning, St. Louis put on a clinic.
Lots of Oiler pizzas.
Campbell kept them in the game.
IMHO Leon had one of his worst games in a long time.. nothing clicked.
Besides Hyman, McD was on his own for most of the game..
McLeod, Foegle did well, again.. starting to gel.. Foegle has actually done pretty well since he helped put Holloway on the IR :)

Blues went full '95 Devils. Get the early lead, then check the opponent into submission. Really quick game. Far under 2:30 for the total game.

Didn't even get one (1) shot on their one (1) power play.. the way the game was being dictated by St. Louis.. the game hinged on getting a PP goal.. abysmal.
