With Smith back, they're probably going to want to find Koskinen some playing time too so he's not stone cold after Smith plays 15 straight games.

It makes sense to send Skinner down so he can continue to play and develop. I'm assuming Smith will play quite a bit in the next little while. Not like he can be tired. Skinner to me looks like a legit option next year so sitting on the bench doesn't make a lot of sense.
