Ugh, come on Skinner. One of the things people had been praising him for was that he hadn't been letting goals like that in.

Not a good look for Principe in the 1st intermission either. That's radio hair, Jaysus. Doesn't that dude have family, friends to intervene? How about the employer?

The Red Sea aka Russell/Barrie was parted as well. What the heck is going on with Connor on the LW board zone entries? First 2 times I've noticed that this year are this game. Nothing good happened.

We will never know if it’s the best, because according to Tippett, they’re the only defence pairing. 16 and 18 minutes for those two tonight. Triple what Broberg and Niemelainen have. I get being a bit nervous about young guys, but at some point you need to give them a little rope. At least let them make some mistakes before you don’t play them.

It’s ridiculous. That pairing can’t handle that kind of minutes and they’re getting killed. -3 on the night. Maybe time to try something else.

Also Derek Ryan is -2 again. Takes him to -12 in 19 games playing on a team that has won over 75% of their games. Only played 7 minutes so far too. I thought he looked okay to start the season but he needs to find a way to stop that bleeding.

Of course the Oilers show up in the 3rd. Why wasn't it like this from the start?

Now to be fair we need one of the ex-Kraken on our team to score.

2 minutes for crosschecking someone in the side of the head? OK then.

That should draw supplemental discipline. That’s a really bad hit.
