Sure don't look like they miss him on first PP.
P.S.: Every time Neal scores a goal, a Flames fan cries. Keep it going, James.

One goal closer to giving the Flames a Third.
And I'm okay with that.

All alone in the high slot because he hauled his ass into the play. Unnecessary.

Wow, that really sucks. This game shouldn't be tied.
Edit: or losing. What the hell?

Can't say I'd watched Grapes for a number of years, but I change the channel rather than watching more Ron MacLean word salad these days. Cant watch the guy anymore.

The guy hustled, McDavid did not. There are no failures, just lessons.

At the game tonight. Almost as many let’s go Oilers chants as Coyotes. Especially my 4 year old - every time a group of 5-6 kids behind us start chanting “let’s go Coyotes” he starts yelling top of his lungs, “LET’S GO OILERS!!!”
As for the game - officiating sucks ass. We should have had at least a few PPs so far. Gagner looking pretty good.

.."word salad" Gold!
guy's got zero cred now
Blaming this 3-2 score on Nygaard, takes stupid slashing penalty in the O-zone, totally changed momentum, gave the Yotes life, until then they were looking like they were ready to pack it in for Sunday.

Good on Granlund to make up for his previous close-in attempt that he somehow didn't score on. SECONDARY SCORING!!!!

Think they'll be able to come out with both points if they go into OT up 4-3?

Good news there is that this is a light week on the schedule. Only one game between now and next Saturday. Heal up Nuge!!!

Draisatl can rest up too. I can't remember seeing an NHLer stay out that long. Like a top line Div 10 beerleaguer in OT!

Hard to feel bad for those guys if they are just refusing to change haha. At least there is no contact in OT :) Just equivalent of a hard workout for them.

I can, Ryan Smyth's last (kind of embarrassing) last game had a beer league feel. Had to have been some 5 minute shifts.
Extremely lucky the Oilers weren't scored on in OT. The risk of injury when you're totally bagged goes up somewhat as well.
