Klefbom and K Russel playing way too high on the PK. Larkin has all the time he needs directly in front of the net.

It's ok. I'm sure tonight is the night we get a burst of depth scoring.

The Oilers decided to fall back to reality. Pretty straightforward. The house of cards is collapsing.

FFS, Connor, you should have just SHOT it there....

So tired of waiting for Connor to do everything. I wish the rest of our lineup was too.

The latest iOS update includes a new yawn emoji... it came in handy when my brother texted to ask how the game was going.

Just picking this game up, I think I've seen 4 turnovers by Edmonton D in the 3rd on bad or botched pass attempts.

Why the eff do the Oilers wait until the 3rd to start playing with any urgency? They've arrived late for 9 or 10 games this year. Brutal.

How are the new and improved bottom 9 line combos going? Er....rhetorical question, not great if tangible results are the measure.

Oilers just not getting it to the net. 3 or 4 good chances to shoot, but its more important to have the 3 pass goal that'll make the highlights of the month.

Kassian with a turnover that Betty Crocker would have been jealous of.

No, the Red Wings are just that bad, which makes the Oilers' losing to them all the more painful to watch.

It would be nice if this team played the first period like the third. Played like they were desperate from the start. Instead they always come out slow and have to play from behind. We won to many come from behind games that we should know it's not sustainable. Its showing.

Maybe we should spot the other team 2 or 3 goals from now on so we can come out flying in the first for a change.

They kind of did last night. It still took until the third for anything to happen
