Curious why the 2nd Leon goal wasn't reversed on the off side challenge? That looked clearly off side to me.

I was concerned. Glad it stood up. Also I think it was crappy of SanJose to challenge that. Oiler fans have nothing but #L50N to cheer for and this game does not matter for the Sharks.
You can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you just might find, you can get a lottery pick.

You're not offside if you cross the blueline backwards with control of the puck. The only way McDavid lost control of that puck was from the hook, so I think the linesmen may have been covering for the missed call by the refs. Cuz that was a hook!

I was not aware of that part of the rule, thanks for the clarification. Something tells me if it was a playoff game vs Anaheim, it would have been called back regardless. Happy for Leon that it counted!
