I think he's more useless on McDavid's line. He's making McDavid play in his own end way more than needed because he's one of our worst wingers defensively.
He had a nice run of scoring on every 2nd shot for a month, but that was about it. He's Letestu now after Letestu's hot run back in 16/17, minus the ability to win a faceoff.

Brutal non-call there on Braun... clearly interferes on McDavid, hands to the face to slow him down, then a bit of a slew foot to trip him... all while McDavid is trying to get up the ice to negate an icing...
