They should rename the Devils the Saints. Oilers have had 1 PP in 5 1/2 periods + OT against them this year.

Where would the Oilers be today were it not for Kane, if not for that signing?
They'd be on the outside, I'd say.

Didn't see this game breaking open as it has done.
Take me home, country road
to the place where I belong
to Alberta, to see the Oilers

Nope I didn't really see them tying it after 2 crummy goals against.

You have that right.
I think they can't afford NOT to sign him for next year.. he brings way too much.. not even the scoring.. he brings a swagger factor, I notice it during the scrums especially.. no one will even look at him.. it just "dissipates".. to have a guy that can bring that .. AND be on the #1 line helping to drive it, speed to keep up to McD.. with a goal scoring touch.. is invaluable.. Oilers need to shuffle the deck and make the room.

P. Chiarelli math.. T. Hall = A. Larsson, Yak= bag o'pucks (OK he got one right...) K. Russell = $4.1 M+NMC, G. Reinhart= M. Barzal + A. Beauvillier, J. Eberle = R. Spooner,

The thing is, to keep him you’re going to need a GM that can be creative... something Holland is seemingly incapable of being.
